I love Bynouck brand! The design is amazing, the quality super good even if you shower keeping the jewelry on, the delivery extremely fast (I always received my order on the next day!). It's hard to resist from coming back for some more!!

Thank you for such helpful quick great customer service. I placed an order, which was coming from overseas and knew it might take awhile to arrive, my parcel was shipped but didn't arrive when it should have so contacted customer service and was helped by the lovely Suzanne who got back to me very quickly and was very helpful and solved my parcel probably and my order arrived the next day after speak to her. The jewellery I order are lovely and beautifully made and just what I was looking for. I will definitely be purchasing more items. Thank you again!!!

Love love love this brand. I live for all the earrings and necklaces.
I shower twice a day with them and they never discolour! Can not fault them with an amazing service always Aswell.

To be honest I was sceptical at first, because I noticed this company through ads on Facebook. After placing my order I received the notification that it was prepared for shipping the same day! Seven days passed and I finally received my package. I love the necklaces and the jewellery box. I am very happy with my order, everthing was just how I imagined. The quality is feels very good aswell. Will definitely order again.

I initially gave this company a 1 star review, as after placing my very first order with them at the end of February I had issues with delivery to the UK and was frustrated with the lack of communication.
However, after leaving my review on Trustpilot the customer service team reached out to me and offered compensation. They re-sent my order, which then arrived seven days later.
I think the delivery issues I had were related to Brexit and I was pleased to see their efforts to try and revert a bad shopping experience into a good one.
I would leave a feedback for the brand to try and improve order tracking information - as an overseas customer I think it is important to be assured that your item is indeed on it's way and should be delivered soon.
I am now very happy with my two necklaces and looking forward to shopping with By Nouck again - their pieces are beautiful and affordable.

The products are of great quality, cute designs, very reasonable priced, and the shipping goes smoothly at a low cost! My second purchase from this store! 10/10 would reccomend!????

You never let me know when my package is here. It says up to 1-2 business days. I still haven’t received my package and I ordered over a week ago. However I do really enjoy the jewelry!

I ordered a pair of earrings and only one came in. I was missing an earring in the package. Plus, the gold is a very bronze color, rather than a yellow color.
